Welcome to APPower! Before you proceed to use our apps available on the Microsoft Marketplace for Dynamics 365 Business Central (AppSource), please carefully review the following License Terms & Conditions.

Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using any of our apps, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our apps.

License Grant

Scope: APPower grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our apps in accordance with the terms and conditions specified herein.

Restrictions: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of our apps. Unauthorized use or distribution of our apps is strictly prohibited.

Use of Apps

Authorized Users: The license granted is for use by authorized users within your organization. Each user must have a valid license.

Restrictions: You may not use our apps for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms. Any unauthorized use may result in the immediate termination of your license.

Updates and Support

Updates: APPower may provide updates to our apps to enhance functionality or address issues. It is your responsibility to ensure you are using the latest version.

Intellectual Property

Ownership: All intellectual property rights in and to the apps, including any modifications or enhancements, remain the exclusive property of APPower.

Disclaimer of Warranty

As-Is Basis: Our apps are provided “as-is” without any warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. APPower disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

Indirect Damages: In no event shall APPower be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our apps.

Governing Law

These License Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland.
